They're called FTP by Mail servers. One is at spam_OUTftpmailTakeThisOuTSunSITE.Unc.EDU, but you should use one that is close to you. You tell it (via email) where the file is and it will get the file and email it to you. Easy to use. Some sites have long waiting lists but others are very quick. Try it out!
