Hi:
I tried to find the pinning configuration and numbering for the PLCC44 on the internet.  I tried a variety of keywords but I could not find it.  Does anyone have the numberings scheme and pinning for the PLCC44 socket?

Can't give a source off hand, but the numbering is pretty much the same
as any package (except for the two dimmensional pinouts like BGA):

The dot or arrow is pin one.
Pin numbers increment around the package in the anti-clockwise
direction, looking down at the top of the package.

You can look on the datasheet of the PIC18F4520, for example.

Thank You, Herbert.  I appreciate you reply.  I looked in the AMP catalog.
I did not think I had one but I found it buried under a pile of books.   If
anyone needs it I will Gladly send it.
