I know someone can help me on this one. A while back I ran across some interesting 3 terminal temperature sensors, and now that I'm about to design one in, I can't find the WWW link to them for design info. These devices are unique in that the temperature is transmitted via the on/off ratio of the pulse train from the 3rd terminal of the device. They are factory calibrated, and I think they come in TO3 cases. Anybody recognize these? TIA - Martin. Martin R. That was it! Don't know why I said TO3, as you pointed out, I really meant TO92. TA - Martin.
