I'm using a 16C74 in a project and was hoping someone out there had some code that controlled the Dallas 1820 temperature sensor. I'm using MASM, so I would prefer MASM code. And before anyone suggests another pet part, I need to use the 1820 for several reasons. The main one is that I'm pin constrained on this project, and have one digital line to spare. Thanks.

There is no technical reason why you can't do it with one interface bin and a resistor. There is a simple to use 1 pin device the TMP03 and TMP04 from Analog devices that will be much easier to write code for. I have interfaced it to a Parallax stamp II and the Assembler code will not be that much harder, granted you need to do a 24 bit divide to get full resolution.
