<x-flowed>Hello everybody,
I want to send and take data from PC by using RS232 protocol and PIC16f84 or
PIC16C84 . I know it has not USART/SCI port but I think it can be do by
software (by interrupt not polling method) Could you send me this sowfware
program or point me?
Thanks for your helps...

I am pretty sure somebody will help you with the code for your
requirement, but my job here is to be the pest... :)
RS232 is not a protocol, is a mechanical and electrical convention of
levels and circuit names. Just when you met your friends you shake
hands, RS232 defines the arms, hands, fingers, and the mechanical motion
to attach both hands and shake them.
The "protocol" is how the message would be send and received and the
message decoding. In the example it would be who speaks first the "hey,
how are you doing buddy?", and who answers, the understanding of how
much enfatic you would be with your answer based on the recognition of
what kind of "buddy" you just met, if he is friendly or enemy, deserves
an answer or not, what means exactly his message and so on.
This analytical communication is the protocol, and you use different
procotols with different persons, but the physical way still always the
same, your body, in this case the RS232.
Using the physical RS232 you can use several protocols (they are
logical). Even seen it several times being said wrong, there is no
microcontroller with RS232 port, no one has, they have lousy TX and RX
pins tied to a simple internal (assynchronous only) UART that can not
even control the data flow. RS232 turns to exists after the conversion
to the standard +12V / -12V inverted levels, with the addition of the
minimum set of circuits DTR/DSR/RTS/CTS, most of the time ignored, tied
up or down.
Don't be mad, just doing my daily "pestering job".. :)
