'Adapting a HP 7221C flatbed plotter for drilling P'

Generic question to all:
I've got an old HP 7221C flatbed plotter. I vaguely recall years ago
someone made a small drill spindle that would work with flatbed plotters
for drilling prototype PCB's, ditto for solder paste dispensers and other
prototyping things.
Any clues, any body?

Don Lancaster loves projects like this, and there should be something on
his site. The bad news: he thinks PostScript is the greatest programming
language in the world.
