I'm having trouble getting a 18F2420 to run from its internal clock
source.

I have an application that runs fine on an 18F252 with an external Xtal,
but I want to move to an 18F2420 so I don't need the xtal.

I've read all the bits I can find in the manual about clock sources,
I've set the configuration bits as I think they should be, but nothing
happens !

Can someone post their configuration settings and start up code to get
it running at 4 or 8 Mhz from the internal oscillator please ?
