Hey is there an OTP version of the 16c84 or f84? if not what is the closest OTP
chip in compatibility that i wont have to make changes to my code and still hav
e it run correctly on the chip.

sure, straight into a 61, but I think there are some more modern equivs
now.
no data eeprom supported however.

16CE624 has 1k word OTP, 128B E2PROM, 96B RAM, 13 I/Os, 18 PIN, 20MHz, ICSP,
2 Comparators. Check if you have to deal with the comparators
