Our constitution guarantees that we can have our guns.  I guess if
they had jet engines back then that would be in our constitution
too.  Its 2 different agencies governing 2 different things.
Makes perfect sense to me.
Charles

AMA?  I know here in the UK there are no problems flying them.  Im
sure
there are no problems in the USA either.  If there are then what
sort of a
screwed up country is that?  YOu can have a gun but not fly a
model jet
plane?

More importantly, it's not the *law* that prevents one from flying model
jets. It's simply that the large sanctioning body (and provider of
liability insurance) doesn't permit it, so if you fly a jet you're on your
own.

As I understand it, it's the right to bare arms that is constitutionally
guaranteed. What if you tell them that you want to make your own hand
launched cruise missile - would that help?

Never have been able to work out what not having sleeves has to do with it
though.

I thought it had something to do with the right to supply weapons to creatures
of the ursine persuasion.

I would have a link to http://www.findu.com/cgi-bin/find.cgi?KC6ETE-9 here
in my signature line, but due to the inability of sysadmins at TELOCITY to
differentiate a signature line from the text of an email, I am forbidden to
have it.
