I don't think *any* number of sheep per acre could purchase gas.  They
don't have a place to keep their wallets, you know.

How many sheep/acre does it require to collect 100BTU's of Methane?

Inconsistent units (again) :-)
That would have top be something like sheep/acre/day to resolve to a finite
quantity.

But a typical number of acres and sheep produces somuch gas of its own that
we are in trouble with the greenhouse gas3es so generated according to the
latest global accords.
