There is no fixed standards for auto insert machines. The Tolerence for
insert hole sizes vary between machines. For component pitch (ie distance
between holes) is defined by the pcb lay out rules. Take resister for
example 1/4w resisters are normally 10mm pitch and 1W resisters are 20mm
pitch. PCB Design rules vary between companies. Check your company PCB
design rules and cross reference it to auto insert machine tolerance table.
