Hey! The postbot was off line! Users got

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80040E4D)
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Login failed for user '\'.

after logging in.

Which I learned from
means that the system operator (me) caused "problems with the SQL Server
configuration for Windows NT authentication" <DOH!>

I had installed service pack 3 to the SQL server yesterday and apparently
managed to de-authenticate all my users.

Sorry for the hassle...

...errr... next time someone sees something like that... take two seconds
and email me? (thanks to Dwayne Reid for doing so this afternoon) or if you
don't mind making a call... I include my phone number in the signature line
so that people can let me know about things like this...
