Hiii,
I am using the rfpic12f675 Microcontroller. So can anybody tell me how to
program this microcontroller? I have MPLAB ICD2. So is it possible to
program this controller using MPLAB ICD2. If no than what is the other way
to program it?

Is it on the list of supported devices for the ICD2? Check in the MPLAB help
menu to see.

AFAIK the 12F675 series RF PICs are simply plain 12F675 chips combined
with an RF chip in one package. You can program the chip as if it were a
12F675.
