Do you mean 312.5 kbytes or kbits? The largest commonly available I2C
serial EEPROM is 1 Mbit, which is 128 kbytes. Also EEPROM has limited
write endurance, is this memory for storage of data that rarely changes
or do you need to write to it frequently?
