its ok but i don't know how to program 12f675 using MPLAB ICD2. because i
tried to program but i can't do that. And is it possible to program that
controller using MPLAB ICD2? or any other programmer need for that.
please reply me.

To check your ICD2 try a different chip like PIC16F84
or PIC16F88. Just ensure you wire the right pins from
the ICD2 to the PIC. If this works than move on to
12F675 which is supported by MPLAB since 7.31*I have
installed*.

I don't see the problem. Select ICD2 as the programmer (not debugger)
and 12F675 as target.

Yes. Programmed about 15 12f675s with my ICD2 about a year ago. TTYL
