I am looking for a pcb which support PIC 16f877 or PIC 18f452. There must be serial port connector to "talk" with the MCU. If the 28 pin PICs like 16F876 and 18F252 are sufficient, then it sounds like you are describing my QuickProto-01, http://www.embedinc.com/products.
