I have a set of applications where I need to use the ENC28J60 (ethernet)
parts in a PoE environment where the PoE is simply provided on the spare
ethernet pins (4,5,7,8).    I'm having an issue finding a suitable set
of magnetics which expose these pins in a meaningful way.

Other than moving to external magnetics (which are getting more and more
difficult to find in through-hole which we prefer for smaller volume
products), is there an integrated solution which will work for this?

I dont have the part number in front of me...but I've used both Bell-Stewart and Pulse.  Both have magjacks designed for PoE
