ok..took another few stabs, and made maybe progress of a sort.
I forced the entire code to run in the second page, and it works. SO that
means that at least the hardware/chip/software is doing something right.
But even after reviewing the comments, I still cannot get it to bounce back
and forth between pages.
Next will be a simpler turn on an LED from the other page...baby steps..

If you're really sure it's the PCLATH thing (it could be something
else, you know) how about you "rig" the experiment so that no
matter which page you "return" to, you land on top of
executable code? Then have each one flash a different signal
to tell you where you actually landed.
"Rigged", if you're not used to it, in this case means using ORG's
and whatever else to force certain pieces of code to exist at
certain predetermined addresses.
