PORT B belongs to the SFR (Special File Register) Area in this PIC. To
access Port B you must select first bank 0 of the SFR by executing a:
movlb 0
instruction. If you are modifying an existing code, be careful not to
interfere with instructions modifying other SFRegisters afterwards
(because of your changing of current bank). To be sure of what you are
doing look at the 30289a.pdf document (datasheet). Page 45 shows a
summary of the file Register map including specific banks.
