'[PIC]: Schematic and source code for MPLAB-ICD'

A very good friend of mine told me that I could find the schematic of the
MPLAB-ICD in the older versions of CD-ROMs from Microchip, and the source code
in the MPLAB. But I really need help because I don't have a CD-ROM and I'm not
able to find the source code in the MPLAB library(maybe I'm just too slow).
Could anyone send me the schematic of the MPLAB-ICD and its source code?

Thank you very much.

I just sent you a zip file containing everything I've collected on this.

*But* you may also want to consider buying one (for under $100 you really
can't beat it when you consider parts purchase costs and time required to
make something that'll proibably need to be debugged or tweaked):

Microchip has a promo going on, can buy it (from them or digikey) for $99
and this comes with a Pic16f877 and a Pic16f876!

Also Professor Anderson has the same device without the Pics for $89, can
buy from him or at Amazon.coms Z-Shops:
