Can any kind person help me to find
a description of a programmer for
PIC 16F870 and with software so I
can start programmig it.
Only experience of 16F84 and COM 84
programmer!

It should program with you 16F84 equipment. Simply wire MCLR, RB7, RB6, power
and ground (both of them if you have 2) to the correct spots on the COM 84
programmer.

Hello!

Is it anyone who knows if there is possible
to programm a PIC 16F870 chip with a
Com 84 programmer if the connected pins
will be changed on.
Have somebody done this and with success??

yes it is possible, but you must remember to pull RB3 to 0v to disable
low voltage programing mode.
