Hi, just a quickie: Has anyone had a look at the firmware for the picstart+ in a disassembler, or had a good poke around inside to see how it works?

I'm interested in how the software (mplab) controls the hardware, and the possible scope for writing a custom firmware image to allow programming of non microchip devices (if the hardware is able to support them)
