Reviewing the 16F628 data sheet for the Voltage Reference Module it
looks like setting Vrr=1 (high range) and Vr=0 (B'0000') gives a
reference value of 0 volts, or is it undefined?

I don't have a processor in a circuit where I can readily test this at
the moment.
