With the WEALTH of information on this list, does anybody know where I can
get a COUPLE Max3100CPD SPI -> UART chips for evaluation in my current PIC
project??????

Max say 4 weeks lead, digikey says 100 minimum (4.83 per) NO WAY!

Rats.. Only EENI's here.

BTW, how will you handle multiple devices on the same int?
You have to poll the devices to determine who whacked you, and that means
you have to take data from all of them, ready or not.

From what I understand if you only partially complete the serial transfer,
the status can be determined without transferring the data.


Were you driving your Explorer along the Netscape? (Oh, never mind...)
