Hi 2 All

Does anyone know where to find SFH506-36? Use to drive a 12C508/509 to pc
com port usually for MP3 players. as I know (and maybe many here knows) it's
a 36Khz carrier IR receiver.

It's hard for me to buy it in my country, where can I get it?

or else, can I adopt other more-commonly-easy-to-find devices?

any help will be most appreciated

Tal

Conrad (http://www.conrad.de) used to have them, recently replaced by TSOP 's,
which are almost the same.

I do not know where you live but you can buy it from Oskar Electronics in
Holon and other places ... are you sure you need 36kHz ? I use 40kHz
(SFH506-40) all the time ...
