At the Master's there were strong rumors that this ICD 2 would be to ICDing (is that a word?) what the PicStart plus is to programming. In other words, this will be the last ICD we need for a while. There were also rumors of better performance. Again, just rumors, no promises. And yes, the talk was that it would be a bit more expensive than the ICD 1.
