'[PIC]: HiTech C + ICD + MPLAB'

I seem to recall that when the ICD first came out you had to do a little
dance to use HiTech C. The README with newest version says it has a
command line switch "-ICD". Does this mean I don't need to do anything
more in order for the ROM and register usage to work with the ICD?

Is there a new version of the HiTech C manual? Mine is dated 1999.

Thanks,

Bob

My HI-TECH C manual is the Eleventh Printing, (C) June of 2000.

P.S. No dance required.
