Does anyone have circuits/routines to generate various chirps, blips, tones
or tunes from a pic chip (pref 16f84)?

I am interested in using sound to provide passive feedback on varous events.

I remember that being covered in times past on the PICLIST, last
year AFAIR.
There were chime routines etc...
