You should definitely use a bigger drill than the pin size. I believe that
solder works best if it fills a gap of about 0.010" or so. I'd go with the
0.035" drill for a 0.026" dia pin. I am forwarding this to the PIClist so
that we can hear endless debate and eventually start a religious war over
this subject. <Grin> OK guys, how much clearance do you need around a pin
for a drill hole, inlcuding plating?
