I have a routine that receive a trigger pulse in an input, and then set
an output for a time.  If I will have another trigger pulse before
finished my time in output set by the first pulse, my PIC will go to
ignore this trigger or will add my time routine to the first time in the
output?

Regards,

Wallace

This is all dependent on your own software routine. What do you want it to
do?
If you want it to ignore the second pulse, don't test it (don't poll it). If
you want it to add to the original time, test it and reset your counter
register.

It depends on your code (that's the beauty of firmware--you get
to choose!).    Most likely, if your routine goes and reprograms
all the timer registers then it is going to start over, that is,
it will "add your time routine to the first" as you say.

There could be something about the timer that prevents this but
since no one has said as much I imagine you'll get the effect I
described.  To be sure, post your code as Michael suggested.
