'[PIC]: Commitment'

Thinking of moving my Tait programmer from breadboard
to PCB (yes, after many, many months).  Thought I'd ask
to see if anyone has a PCB laid out for this already,
before I go lay one out.

Thanks,
-Neil.

If you are not comitted to much to the Tait programmers, I recomand one of
the inexpensive kits at
http://www.electronics123.com/amazon/catalogue/c3-3-7.htm.

I tried the first one with the free software from http://www.ic-prog.com and
it works very well.

Actually, I am quite attached to it.  Had tried the
NoPPP and another, neither of which worked.  Then
came the Tait, which worked.  Got it setup for ICSP
last week, and I'm quite happy with it, such that I
don't care to experiment with any other right now.

My guess is that I'll get into some of the 18F pieces
later, and may need a new programmer then.

Cheers,
-Neil.

If you expect it to be several months before that, the fabled CUMP is
making distinct progress.
