There was a long thread about this going back a few weeks ago. All
that i've gleaned and condensed into working programmes I'm gonna put
up in zip files in the "open source projects" sub-page. There's one so
far uploaded - a 3 wire f84/KPD/HD44780 interface. It works but could
do with LOTS of improvement. I put up the source code cuz I'd like to
collaborate & get ideas from guys who know more than me about this
stuff.
