Have a look at:

Randall Hyde has his Assembly Language book available for download.

While not written for the PIC's, it does give a good introduction to
assembly language.

Just give in and order Myke's book. You'll have to read through all the
stuff you already know to get to the gems, but it's worth the while.
Visualization of the architecture plus a good knowledge of the instruction
set is all you should need for improving or brushing up. This you should be
able to get in any of 100 websites, starting w/ Microchip's.
If you need more than this, a book probably won't be enough....

I'm surprised that no-one has mentioned the following:

This is an excellent PIC book.  I wish it was available in
stores.  They have also just brought out a book on PIC Basic.
