Hello, I'm am looking over the PIC16F87X datasheet and I'm a little confused in the DC characteristics section, specifically the section listing the power-down current, Ipd (Section 15.1, page 156). It lists three different parameters, D020, D021, D021A. And they all list different values of current usage, however the conditions (Vdd = 4.0V, WDT enabled) are the same for all three! Does anyone know what the differences are between these three parameters? Mine is DS30292C, and section 15.1 appears on page 154 instead of 156. However, you have a good question. I don't see any different conditions in my manual either, but the maximum current varies from 16uA to 42uA depending on which line you chose. The second set, for 16F87X, has similar values in my doc, but the conditions are different.
