'[PIC]: 16C67B Port A Problem'

I seem to have a simple problem...
(You KNOW how that is!)
All my code runs on the ICE2000 plugged into my target PC board.
(Including the PORT bits!)
But... when I program the code in the actual chip PORTA bit 2 will not work
All the other port bits work fine.
Could I have a BUNCH of bad PICs?
I tried two different programmers, several PICs, same results.

So ship the unit with an ICE.
Seriously though, whenever I've had the ICE 2000 work and a real PIC not,
it's been either due to the difference in capacitance or one time I forgot
to cover the window on a UV erasable part. I can imagine other reasons
having to do with power and the clock.
