This is a little scary, I understand most of that.
It is probably due to my efforts to read what I copied on CW with Amateur
Radio...

I'd have started with "Project management role in professional services
division of leading Australian enterprise software company." (But only
after reading your translation :)
"MGG" for "management" is a bit odd... where is the 2nd G in management?
:)
No clue either about LD.

Sorry Gerhard and Vitaliy, you are obviously not cut out for such high
flying and intelligent jobs such as this, everyone, I mean everyone
knows that LD means LEAD! :)
Mind you I had to read the actual job description twice before I
picked that up. If you think the lead in was bad, the non truncated
version of the advert is - well I got bored reading it after the first
paragraph, it's not an advert it's a short story.
Colin
Full advert.
This new role in our client's Brisbane professional services division
has been created due to growth of business and considerable new work
in the pipeline in the Queensland region.
The role is on offer to an experienced Snr Project Manager who is on
the up and up and is looking for the next stage in their career.
Potentially in the next two years, based on the growth of the practice
and your capability, there is the opportunity for this position to
promote to Practice Lead.
You will join a small professional services team and be part of a
hugely successful Australian software company which designs, builds
and implements its flagship enterprise software across Australia and
globally.
In this position you will be responsible for the successful delivery
of this enterprise software into major clients in Brisbane. It is a
varied role, all client facing, managing the delivery of the company's
large scale ( $1M - 10M) complex projects. This will include risk
assesment, change management, and performance and control measures.
You will bring strong commercial consulting experience having worked
for a consulting firm or software vendor.
You will possess business development skills including converting
opportunities on approved projects. You should have a strong track
record in project implementation and people management.
Technically you will need project management methodology experience
and at least 5 - 6 years implementing applications technology into
business. An understanding of enterprise application software and
proven project management also is necessary. You must be able to
demonstrate planned and completed implementation projects.
Please note this is not an Infrastructure based role, the software is
Applications based.
You will join a cohesive team in the Brisbane office. There will be
some travel involved in the role mainly between Brisbane and Sydney
but with the chance also for overseas travel.
A very attractive salary is on offer for the right candidate as well
as the prospective career potential. We can say without hesitation
that you will join an excellent team and company.
To apply please forward your CV to apply

But of course!
So, putting everything together, we get:
"Brisbane. Project management role in professional services division of a
leading Australian enterprise software company. Background in project
managing software implementations working for vendor or consulting firm a
must! Practice Lead potential!"
Gerhard -- so MGG stands for "ManaGinG". :)

You guys are crypto-analysts? Now maybe you would not pass that interview as
you were too good at the decryption - meaning you are not manager but
mathematician :-)

*Sigh*... I wish! I barely got a C in my Advanced Calculus course. Probably
because I spent too much time programming the TI-89, hoping that it will do
my homework for me.
Ironically, my job duties include being a manager.
Decryption in this case was simply a way to continue procrastinating (I have
a daunting programming project that is screaming for my attention).

Taking a different twist on "lead", we recently had a situation where
we wanted a rework done on several PCBs
by a contract manufacturer. The rework instructions specified that a
"leaded resistor" be used for one of the steps.
The contract manufacturer actually came back and asked "can we use an
un-leaded resistor since all of the parts we have are
RoHS compliant?"
:-)
