Is there anyone here who has had the misfortune to try and get a reply from the sales people via the chat form?
I've contacted 2 departments 3 times over the past week using different browsers,and they still don't want to tell me, when the goods I've ordered, which are marked for dispatch on the 24th November and delivery on the 29th, 2010 will finally be invoiced and dispatched.
I don't want to order the goods directly from the supplier and then find uChip suddenly spring into life!

Colin, I would ring their UK office, with a sales query. Once you talk
to a salesman, ask WTF is happening with the online store and explain
what you said above.
Try 0118 921 5800 for the main office at Wokingham.

Thanks Alan, though I suspect I'd need to contact the Australian Office.
I just noticed on the direct website that they've a notice saying they're so overwhelmed at the moment they have no support available. That might relate to direct phone calls. Anyhow, I had a brainwave instead of looking at my orded page, I looked at the actual sales page, where it states stock available on the 10th. I assume a shipment must have been delayed as they gave me the 24th when I placed the order.
Still don't think much of the lack of reply though, arrogant as that might be of me. :)
