My Casio fx-995 has lived in my shirt pocket for years. Full scientific 10
digit, does hex, bin, dec, oct.  Only 5mm thick and powered by solar cell.
No battery. The conversion table on the back is wearing off, but that's the
only sign of age. No longer available, I should have bought two.

HP16 will do 1..64 bit integers, either unsigned or 1's or 2's
complement.
Very nice device, fits in shirt pocket (unless a pocket protector and
pens
already there, of course :-))  Uses reverse polish, and I wouldn't touch
any calculator that didn't.
