Here is part of an advertisement for an i.t support person.

" you enjoy a challenge & know how to get the most out of your day, however most of all you are an honest & trusting person who is interested in a long term "

Does one have to be a trusting person, so that the employer can blissfully take advantage of the poor sap, or are they asking for a trustworthy person?

They're looking for someone who can put up with a boss or Human
Resources department who can't write.  It's an indication to an
intelligent employee to look elsewhere.

An active ISO 9000 program is often a sign of mis-management, too.  Not
always, but often.  Processes trump active thought in many ISO-certified
organizations.

ISO 9000 only indicates to an outsider that your organization can do
wrong things consistently, over and over again, with the same results.
