While we're all patenting stuff, I'm going to patent resistors,
silicon, and steel.  I'll make a killing.

And I will patent killing, and sue everyone to death that kills without a
licence!

007 is licensed to kill... who's he paying currently?

Why not patent death itself?  Or even birth?!  Then *EVERYBODY*
will owe you royalties.  But you'd have to patent cloning as
well, since that will become the best alternative to your
exorbitant fees.

And I'll patent your name and DNA and then all your base are mine.

I think you all might find prior art (especially killing), and the DNA
is an obvious conclusion of two previous DNA strands and thus may easily
be contested and the patent invalidated.

Or better yet - modify food producing seeds that aren't killed by your pesticides
(or cannot produce seeds that will germinate) , patent them, nearly monopolize
the seed suppliers to farmers by taking them over, then sue the butt off anyone
that has their non GE crop pollinated by pollen from your patented seed (even though they did not plant your seed)

Oh wait - that is already happening

http://www.percyschmeiser.com/

Brought to you by the same people that gave you PCBs, DDT etc
And they expect us to believe GE food is safe ? (GE meaning that its not
being done by the natural method of putting pollen from one species into the
flower of another)

Meanwhile I'l patent just this little line:

"That should not happen ?!" ;-)

No tricks. You guys patent everything you can patent, I'm with Murphy on
this one. Every time you say that you owe me only $1.
