Is it possible to print individual pages from a .pdf file in
Acrobat 3.0 ? I've got a few .pdfs for ICs, pinouts and
test circuits I want hard copy of, but graphs and specs I
can refer to on-screen.

Yes instead of selecting the print icon, use the pull-down menu and then enter t
he
page number you wish to print.  Select OK, and there you have it.

Yes, you can. Somewhere in them print dialog, you can tell it to print current p
age. You can do that
for each page. Or, if the pages you want are in a row (eg. 12,13,14,15,etc.), yo
u can use "From ___
to ____".

Yes, you can. Acrobat 3.0 has the usual Windows dialog boxes of
print all pages, print current page, and print from page x to page x.
Works well for me, although sometimes I have weird problems like
the text prints but not the graphics. A reboot usually fixes this.

Tip of the day: There is an often overlooked feature in Acrobat
called "select graphics" on the tools menu, which lets you cut and
paste pictures into other applications. Select the area you want
and zoom up on it before cutting or copying and you get more
resolution in your image.

Sure , when the printer dialog box comes up just change the page numbers
, like if you
want to print page 5 , change  print from =5 and print to=5 and only
page 5 will print.

It is possible. In acrobat click the icon that displays thumb
nails.  Then after you select the print option there should be a screen
that asks you if you want to print the full document or certain pages.
type in the pages you want and click ok. It works like any other print
window for other programs.

You must've thought it was a very basic question, printing
individual pages, but the Acrobat 3.0 that was running didn't
have that option come up when Print was selected. After all
your replies (thanks) I installed a copy from a different source,
and, well, that version does have it. ????
