Russell, I don't know if a few weeks ago you saw the 3-part
series "Body Snatchers" about human parasites. Some time
was spent looking at toxoplasma. The information in the link
above was presented, as well as the conjecture that because
a large propoportion (I think 90%) of the human population
is infected, it may explain some "fearless" behaviour such as
reckless driving

If you are worried about this parasite, try moving to Philadelphia.
I'll guarantee you that you have never seen a bigger bunch of
wimps driving in your life.

There are few things that get under my skin faster than that.
Here in North Carolina many people do the entire ramp at 35 MPH
and merge at the same speed. They seem suprised at how fast the other
traffic is traveling. Who would have guessed?

I'm sort of used to that. Even more fun though, now that the speed limit is
up to 70.
