There is a very high likelihood that it is a 2SC640. Definitely of the
asian type, where A and B are PNP, C and D are NPN, and the formers are
high in frequency and the latters are lower in frequencies (may have that
reversed). The SK cross book lists it as SK4939, an NPN VHF RF amp with
150mW, 20mA Ic, Vceo of 30V, beta of 60-200, Ft of 530MHz. Gain of 23 dB at
200MHz. It looks like a front end device. If the part you have was
turning a relay on and off, you have the wrong cross. If you found it in
your cable descrambler, you probably have the right man.
