This won't work. Users have too much money anyway. Also, this would
encourage users to look for bugs, and some people may even plant bugs
then claim to have found them! We have devised
a new strategy to reduce to zero the number of bugs found in our
products. We are proposing that every time a customer reports a bug,
we will fine him or her, say $1000. We believe this will reduce
the number of bugs found in our software to zero.

We're planning to get ISO-9001 certification based on this process.
We can then advertise ISO-certified bug-free software! This will
be quickly followed by an IPO, after which I will retire and leave someone
else to sort out the mess.
