Hi Miguel, would you please send me the pdf file too.
I'm curious as to what it's like, see what i can learn from it.
Thanks in advance.

I finished today a minimum system for the 8088 works...

8251, 8253, 8259, 8255, 6264, 2764 more some transcievers, latchs, decoder,
clock generator...

I would like to receive your comments...e-mail me if you want to receive the

Hi Miguel, good work, it is nice to see the old 8088 back in action.
I can resume your circuit:

    3MHz 8088
    8k Eprom
    8k Ram
    UART
    3 I/O Ports (24 pins)

Do you have any specific application in mind for this circuit?

It is very interesting how things can be done in such different ways.
For example, the 89C51 microcontroller can do everything above± in just
3 chips ('51 + '573 + Ram), except, of course, it does not run 8088
instruction set.

Hi Miguel,
Is your system a microcontroller platform? I have just logged on.

I was wondering if by chance you had execution timing details? I would be
very interested to know how fast this device went
