I would just want to know "where" I could begin with for some
experimenting over the (...) cold fusion (I am not joking :)

I know all or at least a lot of what has been said :) but still the
matter intrigues me...

Palladium isn't that expensive, but then?

thanks everybody !

I think you should first read about everything that has already been
done. They have not succeeded yet, so do something that has not been tried!

thank you Wouter :)
actually my opinion is that "something happens, but is not repetable"
i.e. not fully understood. I've read something and reading more, but
this year I'd like to try something..

Be carefull, palladium packed with hydrogen can explode like a bomb.

Are you familiar with sonoluminescence? If not, have a look, it's
an interesting phenomonen.

Good link to start with:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ColdFusion

But I'd recommend ASP.NET instead.

Hi,
I work in a place where we have been doing "hot" Fusion for decades and
I can tell you that looking at all the effort and not to mention the MW
of power we put into it just to have fusion for a few tens of seconds, I
am very dubious that something was achieved in cold Fusion. Have a look
at our site to give you an idea of the enormity of the task and then you
may be better prepared to look at cold fusion.

Best Regards

Material behavior of highly deuterated palladium:

You should also take a look at the "other" flavor of "hot" fusion --
electrostatic confinement fusion.

thanks Luis, will take a look - another good site.

I know that from a standard point of view, it is completely "out of
touch". But that's probably what makes it interesting...
