I am constantly getting "illegal operation" faults when using IE5.5 and
Outlook Express.
The program listed in the error dialog box is msimn and other times it is
raap.

I click details and it explains their is a page fault but I do not
understand how to correct it from the information in the dialog box.

I have reinstalled explorer from CD but it still happens.

The programs runs under Win 98.

I NEVER receive replies from Microsoft, are any of you familiar enough with
these products to help me ?

Regards

David Huisman

Yep - easy problem to solve.  Toss 'em both and get Eudora and
Opera.  Reduces exposure to viruses as a side benefit.

..but don't bin IE5.5 as you do occasionally need it - there are a
good few websites that don't work properly with Opera.
