There are "foreign exchange" programs that trade students from one
country to another for a year or so like this.  They would know which
member schools have electronics training, or be able to find out.

I do not know the entire situation on those, but "foreign exchange" is
the term over here <G>

I have surfed on net and found some interested colledges but, there is problem
with paying of schoolarship...
Maybe if i can get some financial aid from them..
Also, i need info, what documents and visa i need for USA.

Have you contacted the US Embassy in your country?  I think the Cultural
deparment there will be able to point you towards information on courses and
scholarships or bursaries (money)  for non-US students and the Consular
department will advise on visas etc.

Also your own government or other bodies might offer financial help with
studies overseas, especially for technical subjects.
