    Usually it's because webmasters use asp when they don't have to. I have
found that more and more sites out there are presented through dynamic
means, yet there is NO reason for them to be dynamic since their content
doesn't change. It's annoying because as you said ASP is server run, and
most servers are so loaded that ASP pages are pathetically slow. TTYL
