What's supposed to happen? On my machine (IBM Web
Browser 2) the penguin steps back and forth, then takes
up an "about to dive" stance, and nothing else happens.
Tried clicking on various thing - still nothing happens.

Works here on my Mac... clicking the mouse anywhere starts the penguin
jumping off the cliff. Another click swings the bat to send the penguin
flying.
